Alexander is a New York State licensed real estate broker and New York State licensed attorney. A life long upstate New Yorker, Alexander has lived and worked in the Capital Region since 2005. He has extensive experience advising some of New York’s most accomplished and influential leaders. In addition to practicing as a real estate broker, Alexander has over a decade of political and government experience negotiating significant legal, economic, and contractual issues. He served on the Executive Board of the Lark Street Business Improvement District in Albany. Prior to founding Monticello, Alexander practiced as an associate broker with Judy Rosen Real Estate, served as treasurer of Capital Hill Condominiums, Inc., and worked as a law clerk for E. Stewart Jones law firm.
Alexander earned a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from Albany Law School, Senior Editor of the Albany Law Review. Alexander holds the following licenses and memberships.
